RCMP are considering charges after a boy was run over by a towed trailer near Creston on Sunday.
The nine-year old suffered fractures and internal bleeding and is recovering in hospital.
It happened on Mount Thompson Forest Service Road.
Corporal Dan Moskaluk says officers at the scene determined not everyone was properly seated or belted in.

Moskaluk says the boy fell under the trailer as he was trying to get to the truck while it was moving.
He says they’re looking at charges against both drivers.
